Women Need To Lose Weight a Bit to be Easily Pregnant

Being overweight is one reason the pregnancy is more elusive by women. Weight loss was quite effective slightly increase the chances of pregnancy.
In a study of women who have trouble conceiving (infertility), known weight loss of about 4 kg in 6 months will increase the chances of pregnancy up to doubled.
Weight loss should be achieved through dietary adjustments and increasing physical activity.
The results were presented at a meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Helsinki.
The study involved 577 obese women who experience infertilisa. They were divided into two groups, the first given advice to lose weight through diet and exercise with a reduction target of 5 percent of its original weight. The second group was given no intervention whatsoever.
About 1 in 4 women in the first group whose weight was reduced was pregnant, while in the second group only 1 out of 10 people.
The greatest impact will be felt by the female obesity irregular menstrual cycle or no menstruation.
The results of this study showed that lifestyle interventions in obese women will increase the chances of pregnancy naturally, especially in women who do not ovulate.
