Stop Hating your Body, Start Yoga

Researchers from Brock University in Ontario, Canada found a yoga session can significantly improve the image of one's body as soon as he did if this body.
Previously, many studies prove helpful yoga practice reduces stress, lowers levels of anxiety and depression, increase energy, optimism, memory. But this new study proves that exercise alone was briefly used to improve body image.
Researchers found that 46 people have reported feeling for their bodies before and after completing a yoga class and a class resistance in the other day. Yoga classes and resistant to both lower levels of dissatisfaction of participants will be their stature. But it turns out yoga classes have greater impact. More importantly, it turns out yoga increase one's satisfaction in her figure.
Why is that? Resistance exercise has many benefits. But this exercise is just put a change from the outside, like building muscle strength. Yoga on the other side to shift attention from the way we see the body becomes how we feel those moments, connecting ourselves and our own bodies.
