Influenza or flu is a disease that most commonly experienced by everyone because the flu virus is easily spread through the air. This disease usually strikes when the immune system is low due to lack of sleep, stress, or poor diet.

Preferably, recognize the early signs of going down with the flu before they become more worse. Signs or symptoms of the flu at the beginning of each person can be different and various. Symptoms include:

1. Fatigue and feel weak.

Suddenly felt fatigue is one of the early symptoms of flu which usually appears before other symptoms.

2. The body aches and chills.

Pain in the body usually occurs in the arms, legs, and back. Head could also feel pain or dizziness. The body pain can be accompanied by chills.

3. Cough continuously.

The flu virus can cause a persistent cough. Sometimes cough with tightness in the chest and wheezing. Can be dry cough or cough with phlegm.

4. Sore throat.

The early symptoms of flu can include a sore throat. Throat started to itch and begin to experience irritation to difficulty swallowing.

5. Fever.

Have a fever up to 38 degrees Celsius or more can be a sign of flu. Fever indicates the body is trying to fight the viral infection. However, not everyone fever when the flu.
