How to Improve Emotional Stability

Emotions are a natural thing that often happens in the life of mankind. If we can not control it there could be many problems to me and all of you caused. Here are some ways to improve your
emotional.

1. Worship

Worship is an obligation for all religious people do to get closer to God, wherever place. So if you're hit by emotions, let us closer to Him. Undoubtedly the tranquility of the soul will come to you all.

2. Sleeping

Anyone ever read "Lack of sleep can cause irritability?". Well, the lack of sleep was level emotionally unstable. So if there are your friends who are sleep disturbed. Maybe your friend will be very angry.

3. Listen to Relaxing Music

By listening to relaxing music that soothes the soul, you can really stabilize your emotions. But do well at all times wear a headset to listen to the song continually.

4. Remember Your Goal

Make your goals as an antidote to excessive emotion. For example, if you want to become a captain. You should be able to control your emotions first. Just imagine, if the captain angrily continue to hurt subordinates, what a pity it was not his subordinates. Its alright if still, if straight away how? It's not that funny, new emotions instantly loses one subordinate.
