In this case, overtime is not only defined as working past the normal time limit, because of its nature it is an obligation. However, some people choose to remain in office and delay go home because of one or another reason of personal nature.

Now, overtime is often used as an activity that is 'intended'. That is, many people are choosing overtime because if it can be used as an escape on a few things I want to avoid, such as problems at home, relationship problems, trying to show off to his superiors, and others. Indeed, it looks like a shortcut to avoid the stress, but who would have thought that overtime even bring stress and emotional disorders?

In essence, overtime like this only serves as an escape from the stress which then would bring deeper stress. Therefore, think twice if you force overtime when you are carrying a lot of thoughts of personal nature.

3. Easy to Anger

Easy to Anger
There will be moments in our lives where we are so easily offended. It's the little things that annoy us we can respond with anger disproportionate. And worse, it is often we pour it to people nearby, or people we care about. This clearly illustrates that we are stressed and emotionally disturbed .

For the boss, be careful with these symptoms. Staff or subordinate should not always be the target. Because, the impact will be worse than what you imagine. Self-control in this situation is a challenge that is quite difficult for us, but when all is in control, then good things will come to us.

4. Mood Swing

Mood Swing
Mood swing is a condition in which the distance between happiness, sadness, and anger felt so close. These three things are happening alternately suddenly for no apparent reason. If this happens to you, there may be something wrong with you.

Steve Peters has some solutions for you that may or may already be in such a condition. Speak up. Try to share and shed your feelings to someone you think can give a different perspective of looking at life, it would be better if the person is deemed to be a solution or have a solution for the problems you're facing. Later, it also can open and show what happens to ourselves to ourselves. That is, sometimes by talking to other people we realized what was happening to us.

5. Loss of interest

Life with the clear purpose well for us. We are going through the day filled with confidence and feel self-esteem. However, what happens when that befall us is the opposite, you feel do not have goals.

The pleasure we can get when we can cope with a purpose, no matter how small those goals. Thus, it can be said that when we have a target, then there will be a pleasure pleasure that we will achieve in the future. That means, if we do not feel there is to go, then vanished also promising pleasure. It leads us to stress and emotional disturbances.
